How we Work

• Once our client confirms the machine purchase, our qualified team of technicians came in action. Our business manager took the school / college authority or principle communication number from client and directly call them and confirms the appointment.
• After getting payment from our client, our technician then visited the proposed premises and inspects the Girls washroom where school authority wish to install machine. Sometimes, Guide them to change the location to assure maximum benefits of machine. The technician also inspects the electrical fittings, water leakages, wall strength.
• In our workshop, the ordered machine goes to various technical tests and after successful completion of all tests, the machine dispatched through Surface Transport.
• Our technician informs the concern School / College authorities and confirms the day, date and time for machine installation.
• The technician installs the machine at said school / college, shows the demonstration to female teachers, Washroom attendants and other authorities.
• Handed over vending machines keys, free sanitary napkins, clicks the photographs for evidence and send to our business manager with job completion report.
• Our business manager appoints another engineer for technical check of machine after installation and after getting his on-site report with photographs, our business manager mailed job completion report to client with photographs.
• All this happens in just 8-10 working days.
